The Song of Songs
I was reading the bible the other day and was hit by inspiration to type down some parts from the book of "THE SONGS OF SONGS".
Chapter 1 verse 10: Your cheeks show fair between their pendants and your neck within its
necklaces. We shall make you golden earrings and beads of silver.
Chapter 1 verse 15: How beautiful you are, my love, how beautiful you are! your eyes are doves.
Chapter 2 verse 2: As a lily among the tistles, so is my love among the maidens.
Chapter 4 verse 2: Your teeth are like a flock of shorn ewes as they come up from the washing.
Each one has its twin, not one unpaired with another.
Chapter 4 verse 3: Your lips are a scarlet thread and your words enchanting. Your cheeks,
behind your veil, are halves of promegranate.
Chapter 4 verse 7: You are wholly beautiful, my love, and without a blemish.
Chapter 4 verse 9: You ravish my heart with a single one of your glances, with one single pearl
of your necklace.
Chapter 4 verse 13: Your shoots form an orchard of promegranate trees, the rarest essences
are yours: nard amd saffron, calamus and cinnamon, with all the incense-
bearing trees; myrrh and aloes. With the subtlest odours. Fountain that
