I've got nightvision in one eye!
And 3 days MCs worth at the same time! Why? Because a rubber band hit my right eye at point blank range while I was in office. Now everything's blurry and it keeps tearing. The only relief that I get is from the eyedrops that the doc gave. He told me I got abrasions, swelling, trauma and slight bleeding in my eye but its not serious and would probably be ok in 2 days time. Have to see him again tomorow, hope everything's ok!
So what does it feel like to have something hit your eye directly? Excruciating and you have a headache and 1/2 of the face's in pain. Main vision's blurred and pheripheral vision's all black! My situational awareness was so reduced I almost got hit by both the nurses running around in the hospital and then a car when i was jaywalking after i left haha. Even after the accident and my boss and my friends were all worried and around me I was amazed I could still joke around and make them laugh! haha :D
Louis was very nice to drive me to the camp's medical center which is very far from the office, in his WRX! haha :P The moment I reached the medical center the doc immediately sent me to Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Got the greem army minivan to drive me there haha. Second time I got driven in that vehicle!(First time was when my back got injured.)
So how's my vision as of now? The "blackside" is cleared now but i still can't read stuff(that's why i had to type with my right eye closed muahahaha), lucky I still have my left eye! At night, everything I see with my right eye is brighter because the eyedrops causes my pupils to dilate more, giving me "natural nightvision". Let's pray I regain 100% vision in the coming days. Wondering why there's a discrepency betwen the date this weblog entry is published and the real publishing date? Because some people are having tests now and I dun want them to worry(you know who u are).
