Section Live Firing 1
Seriously, I thought someone may have gotten accidentally shot during the manuevere. We were to leopard crawl in section(xx number of men) level through a course and fire with live rounds that can kill. In the end, I realised that I worried for nothing and that the live firing was actually fun despite live bullets flying everywhere! And yes, 14 out every mag of 15 rounds they gave me hit the targets(as usual) :) The only thing I didn't enjoy was leopard crawling on a lane filled rocks and stones... I was particularly unlucky because the stones were embedded on the ground unlike my friends'(and so he could sweep them aside before continuing his crawl). Pain on the elbows and knees and after the whole exercise all of us had many bruises at those particular areas and since coming home, my whole body's aching. But that was not the worse part. Imagining leopard crawling halfway when a big stone suddenly hits your privates... I doubled over in pain and turned over! That gave a whole new meaning to the word HIGH. Next up, Section Live Firing 2... Hopefully no more rocks and stones.
