Heard of breakfast at Tiffany's? Now it's Dinner at Amy's!!

Alright! Dinner at Amy's was a Blast! Having so much fun there made me forget that I only had 4 hours sleep the night before. The Gals(Amy, Pei ying and Steph) made choco cakes and the guys(Mun and Don) made sushi and sorbet. I made "Jap Curry" which was actually jap tomato soup because my sis bought the wrong soup while in Japan(she cannot read nihongo mah), when I was cooking the soup, I stopped and read the packaging and did not see the カレー(kare-) word that means curry. Anyway, kudos to my mom who added curry powder and saved the "curry" making it taste more like jap curry. Back to the cooking, the first cake(for our moms for mother's day) was good cuz we luckily had steph there who was looking into the microwave(dun get too close if not kana "half boiled eggs") and asked whether the cake was ready anot cuz it looked very cooked at 7+ mins into the 15 mins of cooking and it was! The second cake though was ultra hard(so hard, Peiying had to repeat her karate chop and kick performance on it to break it in two!) cuz this time Amy and Peiying put it into the Microwave for the full 15 mins! Haha, so we got our dear Don to go get extra butter to make another cake. No one went with him though and he was bitching about the lack of team spirit as he left.... sorry lah brudder, next time can? FYI the 3rd cake was a success due to the combined efforts of Peiying, Don and I(was it the 3 of us only? forget liao) hehe. The sushi Mun made was good too, after 2 years of putting down his sushi roller, he finally came out of retirement and wowed us with his sushi skills! But since his skills were rusted abit, the sushi came out small but tasty none the less! Don was the utmost BEST cook of the day! Not only did he bomb his sorbet, he burnt the fish fingers(i mean really golden "brown" burnt)! Haha luckily a skilled cook was around to save the day and cooked the rest of the frozen nuggets! Ey Don, remember, when cooking frozen stuff, heat the oil first then fry the food in a small fire. After feasting, we played(!) Indian poker again. Yes, this time it was no more "i love tioman" whatever. Since we had squeezed 15 lemons and accumulated the juice into one bowl, we used it as out forfeit. first loser, 1 table spoon of juice, second loser, 2, 3rd loser, 5, fourth loser, 10, last loser, whole bowl... long story short, Don was the 4th loser(due to team spirit). Team spirit was supposed to last us to make Don the last loser but we had mercy on him and scrapped the game(lucky ass). Thus came an end of another one of the tioman syndicate's (ILLEGAL)activities. Next one up, bomb building at Don's place! We decided to call ourselves TSTS(Tioman Syndicate, Team Spirit) and plan to open up a TSTS cafe that bakes confectionary by day while secretly plotting anarchy in our underground basements with funding from our main source, choco cakes or the infamous "karate-hard cake"! A bientot!
